His receptionist Nina is the WORST receptionist I've ever encountered. She is poorly mannered, rude and is incompetent of doing her job. I called about blood results for my Dad (because he can't speak English very well) and was greeted with "Oh, I didn't speak with you earlier" Huh?! If this oh so lovely young lady Nina feels that she is unhappy in her job and can't greet her patients with respect and courtesy then may I suggest a change in career? I've been sick all night long and I just wanted to find the closest place for help. I had passed this place several times going back and forth to the grocery so I decided to try it. It was a good experience. They took very good care of me.

OMG! I went in for a finger Cyst that was causing me considerable pain. It was lanced and drained of fluid. The doctor there decided to give me every antibiotic known to man. I just wanted the infection to clear up (with only one antibiotic). They also did an unnecessary x-ray. I got the bill yesterday and almost fainted! $4,000.00! It cost me $2500 just to go. Iam 45 years old. I have gone to a lot of doctors that don't have bed side manner. Dr thumasat hit is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens as well as empathy. I will never go anywhere else. I live 40 miles from there and it's worth the drive.

Front staff is so rude....this is a health care office they should make people feel more welcome. They ask for you insurance and Id like if you were on a prison.where is the good costumer service in this place?

I have just visited this cattle call clinic for the last time. I have long felt that they never really listened to us but with kids and shot record, etc its sometimes easier to just deal with a dr rather than change. Especially if you are lucky enough to have fairly healthy children who don't need to see the dr for much more than shots and checkups. But today was the last straw. I made an appt for a 2nd in a series of 3 shots for my son. I made the appointment well in advance. After arriving at the clinic and waiting in the ... read more

I was very disappointed with Dr Fontenot. She has an arrogant attitude and is rude. For being a disabled veteran and after paying $117 for a office visit she could have at least been nice and have a better attitude. The first thing a doctor learns is how to talk to people professional and have respect. I went in feeling bad and came out feeling worse and frustrated than before. What a waste.
