No communication at all with these people. No one wants to do their job but boy, oh boy. They want the co pays. Run away before your insurance is ripped off
Opinions are definitely subjective! I was nervous coming here at first, reading the reviews. I have had the most wonderful experience so far. Super friendly receptionist/s, I absolutely love my ARNP Alyssa Albro, and her assistant Joey who saw me. Communication is on point through their patient portal as well. Very happy here.
I have a very difficult hereditary condition to deal with and Dr Watto and his staff have been absolutely wonderful in trying to help me find treatments that work as there is no cure. The only difficulty we've had is in the referral process with Concord Hospital specialist services and radiology. Comments will be forwarded to Concord Hospital for review, but Dr Watto's office has been wonderful. Thank you!
Dont normally do this and I don't know which health first she belongs to but the employee deb who handles the refill line I guess? is miserable to work, with has no sympathy when their is a difficult situations going on. I was met with snide remarks and a very negative tone. She did nothing but belittle me the whole time we were on the phone.
