Got here at 10am for a 10,30am annual check up, came in 30m early as requested, it’s 11,30 and I’m still waiting in a room packed with sick people. Update: Manager called me and explained what happened. Went there for a second appointment and everything went well. Everyone’s nice and professional so I updated from 1 to 5 stars. Mistakes happen.
