I am a doctor, in practice for over 36 years. Never did I encounter an inurance plan as bad as this one. Their claim processing is inept, bordering on, (if not ouright), fraudulent.Their "customer service" is non-existent. They offer no provider relations support as well. I accepted this plan for 1 year, and it should have been less than that. Outrageous! I'd award them zero stars if possible.

Do not joint enterprise analytics at Healthfirst to help New York's underprivileged At Healthfirst enterprise analytics direction comes from inexperienced managers who only care about how smart they look. Priorities constantly change like a consulting company. Healthfirst management should reorganize the analysts into their business units so they can work on legitimate projects. With no agile analyst work does not support the company's goals like the rest of Healthfirst. Enterprise analytics is like a separate company. The CAO and his in-crowd recycle ideas with outdated consultant jargon. They should support business analytics and not create priorities based on their resumes. Find another area of the company. (HF delete critical reviews from other sites. I am going to review on every other site I can find to provide accurate information)

Healthfirst they are the worst you can never speak to a case manager directly the will not give you the direct number to speak with them. You must speak to the resolution team or a team member so who's the case manager? what is their function?. I'm the client and I'm not allow to speak to a case manager who is supposed be apart of my wellness. They have many representatives who give out bad information not knowledgable, nothing is ever resolved and the hold times to speak to someone is ridiculous. You as the client have to resolve your concerns by filing a grievance that seems over the top. It's a stressful process to say the less unprofessional. Take your to love ones elsewhere.
