Professional and knowledgeable staffs. It is good to go when they are open. No line and my issue was solved in 10minutes. The office is clean and setup with covid protocol. The office is also easy to be reached by public transportation. Note: on google map the office location is on Elizabeth street. You have to go to Mott street entrance.

Tina is amazing! She is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, helpful and explains things well. After having private insurance coverage for so many years and suddenly losing it is scary. Tina made the transition smooth for me and my child. She definitely needs to be commended for her hard work and dedication. Thank you Tina!

There was some sort of mixup with the medical coverage for my kids. My sister was on speaker phone with Tina and I was listening in. At this point I was a bit stressed out thinking no medical coverage. Tina put us at ease saying don't worry, let's see what's going on. Office space is very clean and the environment is friendly. Workers there are very nice and helpful. Good customer service and overall good experience there.

If their insurance company approve medical supplies oxygen Supply or any type of wheelchair that you need it processed as soon as possible but it's taking a long time but insurance to get it approved when people need it......why the insurance company do not do follow-ups to find out and verify if they got their supplies to patience...
