I’m giving this office one star because, unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. However, the man who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional. My father’s first language is not English, so I was translating for him.
