If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at the Healthfirst office at 41-60 Flushing are rude and impatient, often interrupting customer conversations with personal matters. They are also not knowledgeable about their field, frequently responding with, “We don’t cover this and that.” This office is highly unprofessional and unhelpful.

Please make sure someone picking the phone can understand English or question. I got a really hard time with an espanish accent woman. She can't understand my question.
