Horrible service, I called the 888 number two time making sure the office will provided a simple letter. Why? Because I just got major back surgery, I can’t stand or sit for long period of time. When I got to the office they told me that the customer service representative was not there but at the Elmhurst hospital so I have to walk to the Hospital. Once there I have to wait for another representative to finish his conversation with a member which I’m not complaining for. He kindly sent me around to look for Mr Armando at th... read more

Deberían de capacitar a sus empleados en derechos LGBTTQ acabo de sufrir un disgusto en sus instalaciones, les dije que mi pronombre son SHE HER HERS y no les importó siguieron llamándome HE después Katherine salió de la oficina bailando gritando “yo no vi quien estaba” , pero bailando? Que falta de respeto e inprofesionales son, muy malos trabajadores, mal informados y maleducados mañana hablaré con la gerente espero que tomen cartas en el asunto porque esto es inaceptable, un cordial saludo,5:19 p.m. octubre 30 2023.
