服务态度冷漠，一颗星都不配
Probably the worst of the market place insurances that I had. It doesn't really cover much even with high premiums. I pay a very high premium, got furloughed and applied for unemployment. Had to go to the Doctor and had a shock about what I had to pay for my procedure. Then I get another bill afterwards saying I own much more to the hospital because Insurance wouldn't pay the rest. 如果可以的话。。我一颗星都不愿意给。前台的那个中年女士太粗鲁毫无素质可言，扯着大嗓门对老先生老太太们呼呼喝喝。。好吧。。这或许不关我的事。但是真心看不下去，太过份了！第一保健聘请员工没有基础培训吗？还是觉得那帮老人家们可以随意被你们欺负？我不认为这种狂躁的员工可以胜任好她的工作！因为她连一点点基本的职业素养都没有！所以我退出了，我不会选择第一保健，太可怕了！
