This place is a joke. I called to get my member Id number and got the run around all day. They put me on hold for hours. They told me they would have the agent call me and he never did. I need the member number to fill a prescription ... these people are incompetent and I recommend going elsewhere if you want insurance you can use.
My agent was extremely helpful in getting me signed up for BCBS. But when she helped me signed up, I noticed my name was spelled incorrectly. I was assured this would be fixed. One week later, my ID card came in with the incorrect name. I had emailed her and she called me on the phone assuring me that this will be fixed and I will get a new card.
