I would avoid Healtheast Radiology, or M HealthFairview as I guess it is now named, 100%. Despite all the recent hype for their merger and the superior care one is supposed to get, they are completely inept. I had very poor service for a mammogram. They told me they could "not read" the prior mammograms I had sent them although they later told me it was a glitch in their own technology. Never gave my friend an accommodation which caused a lot of unnecessary distress.

12/26/18. I called the radiology department to confirm my appointment. She was very unfriendly. She looked up my appointment and confirmed it then hung up on me right away. This was at 7:00 am in the morning. Please address this person.

Asked for accommodations before an MRI as an autistic adult. They agreed to explaining the whole procedure and letting me see the machine before I went into it and then just didn’t do that. It caused the event to be much more stressful than it needed to be.
