James was a savior last night in orchestrating a med cab pick up for my aunt. The transitional care unit that she’s staying in failed us in that they didn’t think to inform us that the medical transport closes at 5. Since her outpatient surgery wasn’t completed until 5:30, we found ourselves in quite a predicament. Running 4-way stops at a children's bus stop while unloading children. Among other various wrong doings this was the last straw for me in order to come post a review here. I’m a nurse and called 911 per provider’s orders for the safety of our patient. EMTs arrived and I got spoken to in a very condescending way for “clogging up their system”. The gentleman was working the night of 12/17/21. He rolled his eyes at me when I gave him the medical history of a patient as if it didn’t matter. Very unprofessional and narcissistic in nature.
