Really great program that educates therapists to help themselves,family, friends and patients to be healthy, with great motivation strategies, nutritional information and with full exercise program. Healthy habits for living leaves a open door for any questions in the future.
3 year veteran. Experienced professional, informative guidance from concerned staff using their expertise to guide me on a healthy recovery from obesity. Have lost 150 lbs., reduced my diabetic medicines, practice eating foods that offer a healthier lifestyle.
