My sons home counselor was amazing Ms Ty and she really helped get his anger under control and helped the family with some issues we were all dealing with as well. Very unorganized. Sweet staff (Dyersburg location) but not trained. This office is NOT for the new to mental health. I am having to advocate and spend significant precious time to just make an appointment. This organization needs a crisis intervention!
This place is a joke. Very unprofessional staff! My wife and I have been trying to get our sons some help for months. We were referred to Health Connect by the primary care physician. Originally, the boys both saw Kelsey at Health Connect, but my wife and I decided to not take them anymore since Kelsey was not helping at all.
