They don’t close till 7pm but they shut their line off at 6:20 pm someone needs to get a talking to.
I've had multiple insurance providers in the past, BCBSIL, Humana. This is by far he worst I have ever had. From trying to reach out to customer service, to getting basic medical expenses covered, all has been a nightmare. I really hope my employer changed providers for next year because this is a joke.
