I had the best experience and results with trainer Yusuf! He created a comprehensive diet and exercise plan that helped me get into better shape for my wedding. And the biggest challenge and accomplishment was how he helped decrease my lower back herniated disc pain by strengthening my core and glutes. He was such a positive uplifting trainer through some hard times, and I could not have asked for a better trainer.
Partnering with Josh DeRosier at Healthcode for my fitness plan has been a game changer. Previously on a path toward knee replacement surgery with disabling pain interfering with normal daily activities, I decided to invest in a whole-body strengthening program with Josh. After 10 sessions, I am moving without pain and am confident in our strategy for avoiding knee replacement. My ice and Ibuprofen use is at nearly zero. Curiously, we don't focus on my knees. Whole-body wellness is the plan and I'm all in!
