The userface of the app and website is difficult to use and took a while to learn how to navigate as well as how to correctly input data information in their system. We got our bloodwork completed a week ago but have yet to see our results and we are very close to the deadline now and fear there was a error at the lab.
Absolutely awful. I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME figure out how to enter activities for points (other than physical activities). The info on the FAQs does not match the app. There are at least 2 apps and at least 2 websites that look very similar so I can't tell if I am on the right one. Do I have to join the CARE360? Who knows?! Absolute waste of time for me and waste of money for my company. WORST APP EVER
