I called ahead and the phone just kept with an automated message and I never spoke with an actual human being (about 15 minutes of waiting). We finally got to the location (urgent care) at 5:15 with our two month old. There were zero patients in the waiting area and we were told they don’t take new patients after 5pm. Zero people in the waiting area. ZERO. So, we were turned away with our two month old baby. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing team! From the front desk all the way through the process, you won't find a more knowledgeable and compassionate team. We loved them so much we made them our primary care providers and have never regretted a second of it.

They don't care about helping people, they care about getting a co-pay. Went in for gout, got nothing for gout and was told to see my primary care provider. Which if I could have done, I wouldn't have been there to start with. So tell me exactly why I should see you again? I won't. Waste of time and money. Poor service, quack doctors.
