I was disappointed when Brittnee Spooner left because she was excellent at listening and diagnosing symptoms by ordering the necessary tests. However, when I visited Theresa Regis for my physical exam, she completely disregarded the symptoms I had expressed. During the exam, she failed to conduct a thorough head-to-toe examination, which is standard procedure for a physical. This prompt me to leave this practice. This place is amazing, people is nice, so caring and professional; I particularly enjoyed my visits with NP Theresa Regis, she is so kind and nice, very professional, after changing providers from another facility I was so concerned about finding the right provider again, NP Regis was awesome since my first visit, I can thank her enough, she was able to help me with my health issues and now I feel much better, excellent service!!

Website and Google info say urgent care and walk-ins treated quickly. Filled out registration packet of 6 pages and walked in today to be told they don't do urgent care, it is by appointment only and she could get me in in 2 days. When I said they shouldn't advertise urgent care if they don't provide it, that I just wasted a bunch of time on the paperwork and drive, she shrugged her shoulders...no apology. Google should remove urgent care from their listing!
