Unfortunately, one of the worst landlords I ever had to deal. They will ignore/neglect calls and emails and will continue doing so even after contacting upper management and corporate. We lease an office from them in California. Since signing the lease, I have regretted doing business with them continuously. I do not recommend any physician or medical group to do business with them. More importantly, I do not recommend anyone to invest in them. As an investor, HRT is definitely a sell.
