WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR IN ORDER TO PLACE A NEGATIVE REVIEW? A warning to all, your stair carpet does not need to be cut in order to fit mop sticks and a handrail!! 6 x two inch cuts in carpet which they admit should not have been done in the 1st place. I didn't know this until l got a letter with items highlighted that needed returning after my mother passed away. Awful, miserable women on the phone lines. What is wrong with you people? You are dealing with sick and disabled people and/or their families. Have some empathy, or at the least some manners! The whole company is a disorganised, untrained mess.

Physio assessment meant I needed crutches. They arrived yesterday & DON'T allow me to adjust to the correct length. WHY? I'd need to be over 6ft tall. What a waste of time.
