The doctors at this medical centre are professional and have a passion for patient-centred care. They listen to concerns and prioritise preventative health. Unfortunately, the front desk staff lack professionalism. I am all for a positive workplace culture, but abrupt laugher and inappropriate jokes when the waiting room is full is barely acceptable.
