My mom recently had them as her caretaking company. They do terrible vetting as I had an employee steal $200 and one of my cats from us. Out of the four people they sent, only one didn’t steal from us. Pretty wild to be honest. I certainly expect more from an in-home health care service provider.
Since l have been receiving home health care my lifestyle has improved. I like the way Heathcare Plus contact me every month to ensure l am getting quality care from my Health Care Worker, and see if l need of other services. I enjoy when Mrs. Kimberly Thomas comes out to do the home visits. She talks to you with dignity and respect. She talks to you like lm her mother and not like a number that you check in on.
