We unfortunately have to work with them because of the facility my family member is at uses this company to administer meds. They get the medications correct, but the billing is horrible, they overcharge consistently, the don't record payments that we make via the web portal. So disappointing. Even after speaking with the billing coordinator and CFO, who promise it's fixed, I still get inaccurate bills. At least they haven't made medication mistakes.

Watch your patient medications bill bank statement. Medications has already paid and still try to over charge. I would recommend switching to other pharmacy that are better than this.
We've been working with them for our SNF since October and they have been great. Easy 5-star rating.
