Worst Customer Service! I'd hate to be a patient here
I would have given a solid 4-star but this is how quickly a reputation/trust can be ruined. Optum is a cattle-farm focused on profits, not patients. My endocrinologist referred me for surgery about a month ago. I had surgery last week. When I tried to make a follow-up with the Endo, I was told she'd left and I'd need to wait 3 months for an appointment - post-surgery needs to be 3 weeks.
