The best doctors!
Had an appointment at 1:30pm. Showed up at 1:20pm. It took until 4:15pm for the doctor to come in after an EKG. Then another 30 minutes past for me to get blood work done. Absolutely ridiculous wait times.
Not really made for older people. Instead of calling in something for a severe cough at my age won't even talk just said to call back once I'm at their east door. I'm not going to drive on slick roads 10 miles in a front wheel drive truck with no traction. I don't hold it against the Dr but the front desk. Time to find a tele help Dr and one closer that is familiar with seniors
Amazing Dr. & and staff Not many Dr take the time to really talk to you they are normally in a hurry to get to the next patient. Anne & Sallye both have always sit & listen to all my concerns & help me. Due to multiple chronic illnesses, it is easy to feel unheard but I don't feel that way. I don't just feel cared for I feel cared about. An amazing Dr wants said to we just need to get you well I never thought there would be other Dr like him but there is two.
I'm searching for a new practice to go to. I still owed 48 $ on my acct and they had noted and knew I was paying it this Friday. I had to cancel my appt I very much needed because of that. Staff is nice, yes, but nice doesn't cut it.
