El staff es excelente, no así la calidad profesional de algunos médicos o lo que sean.
Worst experience dealing with Rachel at reception and Christina the supervisor. I was rescheduled 3 different times, then the night before my appointment I was told everything was set with my insurance. Now suddenly they “can’t find” my insurance information but are quick to offer self-pay instead. Extremely unhelpful, poor communication, and no effort made to actually contact my insurance company to resolve the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
I had a great experience at this medical health center. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care.
