Verry slow and disorganized. Would not recommend for fast results or prompt care.
The dental office receptionist was nothing but a nightmare. I came in with my son for an appointment and was told to reschedule because call center scheduled the wrong service for him. She made it seems like it was my fault, was making faces and everything telling me it was not the dental office error but the call center. Unfortunately, This location is known for making mistakes all the time and needs training to learn the duties and responsibilities of the job.

Worst experience dealing with Rachel at reception and Christina the supervisor. I was rescheduled 3 different times, then the night before my appointment I was told everything was set with my insurance. Now suddenly they “can’t find” my insurance information but are quick to offer self-pay instead. Extremely unhelpful, poor communication, and no effort made to actually contact my insurance company to resolve the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
