I couldn't be happier with the front office and medical staff at the Healthcare Network on Stanford. Everyone was so professional and interested in my total health, physical, mental, and spiritual. Thank you!
Bad Bad Bad. Getting in touch with Healthcare Network is a nightmare. Good luck receiving a call back. Patient care is a routine checklist. If you don't meet the "statistics" then you receive cookie cutter medicine. One size fits all. Even if it isn't the right treatment plan for you. There is no personal touch. The office is really not ok, it looks like a bus station. Truly you can find better care than this. If possible, go elsewhere. This place is a pit.
At front desk, Ms Labra, person that always is on her phone, when ask her for some information she is not helpful at all, me and my wife were looking for someone at Plan of collier, and she state that they are nothing to do with them and we have to call or email...
If I could I would give this place zero stars but it's not possible, don't waste your time here! I have an IV power port placed in my chest which has to be maintained through a primary care provider and be flushed once a month through an infusion center and the doctor refused to write my referral for my basic care needs, not only did they deny my referral but the doctor was extremely rude to me and I could hear them talking about me to another doctor when they went out of the room about how only cancer patients need IV ports... read more
I been at the doctor office over an hour and half now just to see a nurse for 15 minute you can’t get no help
