We signed a contract with Healthcare Medical Waste Services on May 22nd 2013. We discussed with Phil, the sales person that we only wanted pickup when we called in since we typically only need pickup at most once per year. Phil said that was fine but mentioned that the lowest frequency of pickup he has on the contract is 2 times per year but he would state on the contract that we will call for pickup.
