I called this pharmacy hoping to get some help with a prescription issue, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The person who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just by calling. There was zero sense of professionalism or willingness to assist — I felt like they didn’t want my business at all.
This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever encountered. .A prescription was expected to be delivered, but it never arrived—and more troublingly, I received no call or update regarding its status. I was left unaware of the delay until I had to follow up myself after running out of medication.
