I have been trying to schedule a simple CT scan for the nose since end of May. It’s now beginning of July and the clinic lied about submitting the prior authorization forms twice in a month; leading to several rescheduled appointments. They still haven’t submitted the PA so I’m going with another imaging center.

The wait time is ridiculous! Apparently, this has been happening for a while and is sad that they haven't looked into why or how to fix it. Every year there should be a review to see what needs to be fix and work on it. Elderly, especially should not be waiting for these long period of times. Fix the problem!
