I was sent to them by Memorial Hospital in Gulfport because I could not pay a surprise bill in full. I made a payment in November and made a payment at the end of December. Since I only get paid once a month and told them this, I have started receiving calls from them non stop since the start of January trying to get another payment from me. Online payments would be EXTREMELY helpful!
I gave them my card information for payment , and she states that they have to process it. i asked for a confirmation number. I called bak the same day and lady said that they still have not processed it !! No confirmation number yet ! This is 2021 , everything is instant ! I have now called and left a message with details , hoping someone will return call with a confirmation of payment. Last time i give them any information !! There is NOT a positive review anywhere concerning this business.
