The dr I saw has an NPI in Texarkana and only works in OK on the weekends and this location billed me as if I was seen in Texas NOT Oklahoma. I was seen at the midwest city location in OK where I reside, NOT in Texarkana TX. Unsure why you guys have an NP working there on weekends that doesn’t reside in OK annd was missing OK credentials at the time of me being seen on May 2 2026 and then they bill me as if I was seen in an entire different location city and state? That location in Texarkana was out of my network so you guys... read more
