Beware of this company. Managers and customer service need lessons in customer service. Not to mention the horrible accountability.
My account was sold to this company by my dealership and I have an account with them everything is ok except the fact that everytime I pay my carnote I pay a few days early so that I can check it off my list. For some reason everytime I log into my account I have to reset my password which is very annoying and they charge a 7$ service charge just to process your payment. Carnote is due every two weeks.
