I just had an item to return. I went to the facility located in Festus Missouri. Brooke waited on me and was very polite and professional. I was only there just a few minutes , all it took was a few types on the computer keys , my signature and I was done. Thank you Brooke , your kindness is much appreciated
Erika was amazing. She made sure to bring the matching parts that were missing to the wheelchair. Then she made sure we knew how to attach and detach them.
