Don't use this company! They will not replace anything they rent out and their 1-800 number in case of emergency machine replacements and supplies are needed is useless. They'll come out days later without even fixing the damn problem. My brother has to use this company and the damn service repairman left before making sure the oxygen concentrator really worked.
