I was very happy with the speed of service and delivery of my wards chair. When the doctor sent word the chair was too narrow, they called back quick and arranged for us to come to the office and be fitted in a chair in person to make sure my ward got exactly what was going to keep her safe and comfortable. The lady who helped us and another gentleman helped brainstorm ideas when my ward wasn't able to pull the brakes herself. They weren't letting us leave til we all were satisfied with the results. Worst experience ever. How do they stay in business? My health has suffered due to their inability to communicate and follow through with a business transaction.

This place is terrible. They get MD orders and never deliver the items. They tell you daily your equipment is coming but never arrives. I have been waiting for equipment for over 6 months. Go else where if you need something right away as you are never going to get it.

My insurance contacted this company to supply a knee scooter for post ankle surgery mobility, what a horrible experience. Four days into them having the order, and no communication from their team unless I called, I was informed that the something happened and they would not get it in until the following week, which was over a week post surgery. I needed the scooter for a work trip the following week. No offer to make something work, nothing to accommodate their failed expectations. Only to get me the scooter a few days prio... read more
