Very unprofessional
Three attempts to call today: (1) after a few minutes was suddenly hung up on, (2) spoke to someone who sent me to a "Google Voicemail", (3) finally spoke to someone who looked up the account and told me it's still "active". The supposed debt was incorrect and was resolved by the referring company a month ago and I was told there is no debt. Yet HCI still sends mail to me asserting otherwise. What a terrible company. I'm calling southwestern eye center back to tell they need to fire this company for lack of credible service.
I never received a bill from the alleged "healthcare" provider, nor did medicare. This company works with clients that are as unscroupulous as they are. Tell them to sue you and see how fast they back out as they have no evidence that will stand up in court. Addendum 08/23/2022: Experian had a HCI Healthcare collection attempt recorded against me.
