One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
I've really enjoyed working with this company. They have provided excellent service as far as bench-marking, training and best practice resources. I found them to be very responsive to client requests and they deliver high quality products.
I never got an email or a call from this vendor. They left a voicemail for my team when our invoice was over due and dropped the "we'd hate for this to go to our legal team on Jan 1 bomb". They said they had a customer engagement specialist but I have been an exec at this site for 6+ months with no contact. Finally, direct mail wasn't valuable for me so I decided to cancel services. I get more value from Healthcare IT news, modern healthcare, HIStalk, CHIME, and Beckers.
