My mother is a resident here. The staff are wonderful. Caring, compassionate, and professional. They have gone above and beyond to care for her and help with all of the details around the the paperwork side of things. She is happy there, likes the food and is making friends. I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is to see her happy and safe.

I would give this place a zero rating if I could. My mothers and my communication has been cut off. They said she thought I was dead and when I call to try to speak with her they don’t let her use the phone. She had one phone that was stolen, one broken and now another one that isn’t working. I don’t even know if she is ok. They said we would have weekly meetings over the phone but over one year 9 mo. have had only three. No one should live at this place, she is bed ridden but they do not treat her like she is at home. Pleas... read more

Just toured Sapphire with Molly. The buildings remodel looks so nice. Their therapy gym is open and bright. The staff was warm and welcoming.

The staff is most excellent. I have been here for over a month, I was in a bad car accident and broke 15 bones, including arms and legs.. The P/T staff is so helpful, they are all about getting you back home. I just really like the staff here, they are competant and they care.

I transferred here from Texas to be close to my family. This place is nice and the staff provide good care. Therapy is awesome and working on my left leg. This place is a good place to get better and stronger.
