If I could give zero I would. This place is the nightmares people have about a nursing facility. Incompetent employees from director to house keeping. They don't have any knowledge, they don't answer phones, and the times they do nobody knows anything. My mother was there for 7 months and she also died there. They lost everything single piece of clothing we had brought her and put old stained gross clothes in her closet that were the wrong size and they weren't hers. My brother is staying here on Medicaid. I had expected to walk in the first time and be completely depressed. (as has happened in the past in a facility that accepted medicaid). Residents were more engaged than often occurs in such facilities. I closely watched interactions between staff and residents. I found the staff to be caring, considerate, and respectful. They clearly knew the residents and interacted well with them. For me, how my brother is treated is the PRIMARY concern. And they pass that test. They don't perform ... read more
