The staff is most excellent. I have been here for over a month, I was in a bad car accident and broke 15 bones, including arms and legs.. The P/T staff is so helpful, they are all about getting you back home. I just really like the staff here, they are competant and they care.
I transferred here from Texas to be close to my family. This place is nice and the staff provide good care. Therapy is awesome and working on my left leg. This place is a good place to get better and stronger.
The therapy is great. Tom pushes to be my best and makes me want to work hard to get stronger. The caregivers are very nice. My medications are on time. I like to attend all the activities and stay busy. This is a great place to get better.
My experience as a patient at ‘Sapphire at Cedar Crossings’ was great! The entire staff, from the administrators, to the nursing staff, to the physical therapists, all took really good care of me. They were professional, caring and always had smiles on their faces. They made me feel taken care of while dealing with a painful injury. My adult son was at Saffire for rehabilitation from a surgery. He was very comfortable there, and said everyone was friendly and helpful. We met a lot of the staff and nurses that worked with him, they were very kind to us and always asked if we needed anything while we were visiting him as we were from out of state. They met with him before he was released to make sure everything he needed with medications from his nurse and limitation instructions from his physical therapist were fully understood before we left.
