Wow.. I tried calling them 4 times today ( 01/22/2025) first at 930 am, Second 1145am, third 1:18PM and just now at 2:40PM. Rings for 10 minutes and no one ever answers.. This was the first time i was to set up my appointment as we moved close by from Bedford. Guess I have to go back to Bedford which is 30 mins away from here.. What a worst first impression.
1 star too many. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!! Go somewhere else - well if you want a doctors office that 1. Answers the phone. 2. Refills medicine in timely manner. 3. a DOCTOR not a PA. They do NOT even have a doctor to see. You’ll see a PA and the “ doctor” is some wizard behind a curtain. The “ portal “ doesn’t work. They do NOT follow up to messages left.
