Dr Adya is always helpful and professional that but nurse or nurse aid who saw me before Dr Adya is not competent or helpful. This is the second time I had bad experience with the Nurse
BEWARE !!!! Between backoffice and billing , they are doing scam. I have insurance and PCP copay just 20, but when they offer nurse practitioner which on same nurse on PCP, cost jacked up 5X. Shame on you wellmed team to do so without informing your patient and doing such malpractice. Regular visit just for cold becoming over 200+ with copay 5x the insurance. SO GREEDY upon ppl sick. I will report such practice to Texas Medical board and HHS
I am really sad about the awful reviews that I've read. The only complaint that I have is that I was not scheduled for my 1st of the year physical. With me having some serious health problems I really need blood work every 3 months. I was there today and it wasn't mentioned nor was an appointment made for tests. Can't get on portal to make one. Never had this problem before Wellmed/United HC took over
