I am really sad about the awful reviews that I've read. The only complaint that I have is that I was not scheduled for my 1st of the year physical. With me having some serious health problems I really need blood work every 3 months. I was there today and it wasn't mentioned nor was an appointment made for tests. Can't get on portal to make one. Never had this problem before Wellmed/United HC took over
On many occasions, this clinic has let me down. You can schedule your appointment & still have to wait above an hour at times to even be seen. Obviously an overbooking / over scheduling issue. Personally, did not like the delivery of care of the main provider. Prescriptions can be expected to not be approved & filled in a timely manner. The only kind thing I have to say about this place is the front desk & admin are always quick to help. 2 year patient, Irving Texas
Didn’t like the service at all. They don’t give a follow up call for a report until and unless we call them. We pay such a huge amount for check up but they don’t even bother to call back to give heads up about what’s happening in the report. They just make excuse for if ask why I’m not getting any follow up calls. They want us to book appointment again to get updates about the report so that they can charge us again.
My Dr. Rosanna Batted is the best ! Very professional ,knowledgeable and smart.
