I wanted to share some feedback about my lab appointment today. My original appointment was at 1:15pm, but when I called earlier, I was told to come at 12:00 and to check in on the 2nd floor. I arrived around 11:30, checked in, and waited for quite a while and asked them again then I was being told my appointment was actually on the 3rd floor at 1:15. It was confusing and caused unnecessary waiting while fasting for lab work.
Great staff that provides quality care!
Every time I bring my wife to her appointment they double and triple book other appointments. Suggestions find a better more professional medical doctor. dr.biard should just retire if she can't keep up with her appointments.very very unprofessional.
I’m disappointed in this place I’ve been going to this place for years now all my family members go to this place as well now that they have been bought out about Well Med. The service sucks. I had to go into the ER and had to do a follow up went for my follow up they did not have my medical record after requesting them or saying they had requested them. WelMed is a MONEY GRAB... Don't go there, PERIOD. I received a bill for $25.00 for physical that my insurances covers. I was charged because some of my conversations with the physician did not pertain to my physical. Prescriptions refill and possibly doing some physical activity that might affect my vertigo. How do you live yourself WelMed?
