These guys have to be sued for their billing fraudulents, and I have documentation to support my concerns. This is not limited to one isolated account—similar billing problems have affected multiple members of my family. In one case, the insurance company reprocessed the corrected claim and confirmed that the patient balance was $0, yet the provider continued to show and attempt to collect an outstanding balance of $78.40. This location closed in April. Phone # forward to the Bedford location. I will say this, since healthcare associates has been bought by Wellmed, three years, I have been through three doctors. You still get attention, but it’s not like the 35 years of having my primary doctor before. Revolving door of doctors. I laugh now when I get asked who my primary Dr. is. That lady molly needs to work on her work ethic. She's very rude and disrespectful and always likes thinking she's right when she's not. She needs to be better-trained as an employee of that clinic. Her attitude isn't friendly and her tone and manner is completely unprofessional. I love this clinic, and it's not fair for patients to keep being treated like that.
