That lady molly needs to work on her work ethic. She's very rude and disrespectful and always likes thinking she's right when she's not. She needs to be better-trained as an employee of that clinic. Her attitude isn't friendly and her tone and manner is completely unprofessional. I love this clinic, and it's not fair for patients to keep being treated like that.
I recently visited this clinic for a routine appointment with my primary care provider. Before the visit, I had confirmed through my insurance plan that my copay for PCP visits is $0. However, when I arrived at the clinic, the front desk staff informed me that I needed to pay $103 for the visit. When I tried to explain that my insurance shows a $0 copay for primary care visits, the front desk representative repeatedly insisted that I had to pay $103 but did not provide any explanation as to why. This is the worst dr office I’ve ever been to. They simply CANNOT keep medical personnel and try to move you around without ever informing you. Also they schedule appointments well in advance without consulting you or asking you! This place is money hungry and pill happy and I don’t recommend ANYONE go here! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would give them negative 10!
May I add this my favorite place with my favorite Dr and nurses front desk staff is amazing if I lost Dr v I would lose my mind I would give this place 10 stars and will recommend Dr.V is so smart sweet and drop dead gorgeous⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she helped me find my self again and the lab techs are the best…
Hello, I am a patient of the WellMed location in Euless. I have been going to this location for over 20 + years. Why move this location when it’s in the perfect location!
