My insurance changed so I had to find a new dr. Dr. Vattikuti is extremely thorough! I don't think I've ever had a doctor that really delved into everything. She is kind and compassionate but also straight forward. The staff is excellent as well. Very kind & great to talk to.
No time for patients anymore forget this place now, you can never get in and can't get any answers! Used Go here all the time when it was family healthcare associates and they actually had caring people. Not no more save yourself the hassle go somewhere else
They simply do not answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for a refer to an ONCOLOGIST for 6 weeks. I even drove to the office multiple times, and they claimed they faxed over the referral. The specialist still has received nothing. Now I need to find another primary care and start again. I am reporting them to the medical board. DO NOT choose them as your primary care. They are over booked and continue to take patients.
Horrible experience. I never leave reviews but I have been so frustrated with the phone lines. Wait times over 20 minutes then the line hangs up. It’s impossible to get through. The online portals are also updating or down so I can't even reach anyone there. Disappointed in the lack of urgency with their patients.
