Dr. Calvert is an awesome doctor in everyway, his communications are on point, same for his assistants, they return calls and text messages, the front office is friendly, professional, and helpful, including the phlebotomist.
The assistant or MA in the front is one of the rudest and laziest medical professionals I have ever met. Coming from the medical profession, she is very unprofessional and seems to hate her job. She wants to make your life harder as if you’re not already going through enough health issues. She rolls her eyes and yells at you on the phone. The doctors are very nice and kind, but the lady who works the front desk should be fired for her attitude towards patients.
Hidden costs everywhere... I paid 3 invoices for one preventive visit that should have been covered by insurance. Not sure if it is a coding issue or if they did more than the routine annual.
Don't go to this place! Or get ready to receive the most absurd charges from years past. It's a nightmare!
