I've only gone to this office 1 time and I can say when I entered I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and felt right at home as if I had known everyone for years and my wait was less than 5 min and when the nurse came in and took my vitals she was so friendly but unfortunately I had a loss in my husbands family and at the time wasn't able to go back but I highly recommend Dr Hood to all of my friends and I will be back soon…Thank you everyone for the wonderful hospitality, and I will definitely be back!
Very nice people and they were very quick getting it done.
I love doctor Hood and all the staff in the back. I however had very unpleasant experiences with the front desk staff. For example, I called like 20 mins before lunch and they left me waiting just to pick up the phone and hang up right away without saying anything because it was lunch time!
