If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. I have dealt with nasty office staff before, but never like this. My mother is 68, severely disabled and has dementia, I take her to all her appointments & complete her paperwork for her. We arrived, and Karen and another woman sitting next to her at the front desk when you first walk in sent us upstairs, then the staff upstairs sent us back downstairs. I always recommended Health Care Associates I NO longer do I have been a patient there for many years for nerve damage. I currently have a medical condition I am not allowed in the office until It gets situated and I need clearance as well . I completely understand this. I was told that if I run out of medication and my medical condition is Not situated yet that I have to go to the emergency room . Does that make sense? This place is the worst. Rather go to ER, rude and nasty, waited for 2 1/2 hours . Unbelievable.

The pa and medical staff are absolutely fine it’s the admin people that are horrendous. When sent to the second floor for a pediatric x-ray the woman that does intake of paperwork was unnecessarily rude even when shown the paperwork that we were sent from my daughter’s Dr downstairs to come up.
