our first time visiting specialist neurologist.. it taking 2 weeks to get the appointment. The front desk staff never tell us to bring the refer for new patients . The staff is so rude with attitude.. she said it’s my fault.. we don’t get to see the doctor.. terrible
I'm not sure what kind of patients Dr.lin see on a day to day basis, but I do know he needs to understand not everyone is the same and you can't treat a patient properly, If your not listening to why a patient came to you in the first place. felt so defeated

Simply awful response time from the providers. The customer service call center is fine and help you with anything they can, but the actual clinic itself takes a very long time to get anything done.
Being an adult patient being treated for ADHD at this facility has been one of the most demoralizing experiences of my life. This practice is the reason why people forgo treatment. They aren’t navigating the ADHD medication shortage well AT ALL. When you call to get your prescription moved to another pharmacy, no one calls you back. Or when they do, you’re treated like you’re seeking drugs for a pill mill.
