I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled a new patient appointment nine months in advance and received both a reminder letter and a text message confirming the date. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed at the front desk that the doctor I was supposed to see was no longer with the clinic. I had an appointment canceled due to the doctors illness ( understandable). I rescheduled with for 2 days later but got a call today saying that my original appointment was available so I said I would be there. I had missed a few calls from the office that said that I could keep the new appointment if I’d like. Horrible!!! Don’t go! Staff are dirty and disrespectful. Had my appointments canceled multiple times without being told. Blood all over the walls and I got mansplained my own conditions which I’ve had for 30+ years. I’m a nurse with 10 years experience, I would never treat a patient this way.
6month wait gets changed to 15 and no one told me!! (Update they canceled it again) I made an appointment to establish care. They said they had nothing for almost 6 months. I had just moved to MA and needed a doctor so I took the appointment and I waited. The week before the appointment I called and waited 20 minutes to get through and confirm my appointment.
