Echoing (it seems) everyone else in this review section: I made an appointment a year in advance, only for it to be cancelled and rescheduled for 6 months after the date of my original appt. Just called to cancel. Just get blood work done at Quest, people. Healthcare is dead.

For 3 years I have had a gut feeling that I had something medically going on. For 3 years I felt like I was being gaslit, not listed to or heard, and frankly, just given up on. When you have a gut feeling – listen to it. I was encouraged to get a second opinion. I got tests done that were not even mentioned by Dr. Ford. I would religiously bring up concerns and express symptoms I was experiencing to Dr. Ford and her team at every visit. I got a surprise bill 8 month after service, too late to submit through my FSA. After enquiring and talking to Tricia I got a very rude response. I am loosing a lot of money because of their billing screwup.
