I just have to say again not every facility is going to be perfect. Unfortunately skilled nursing facilities get a bad rap because families rather complain instead of taking their loved ones out of theses facilities. Most of the complaints come from families of Medicaid beds. Families look for nice places to make themselves look better to family and friends and then complain about leadership. STOP!! This place has a new owner and administration. They are now called Lakeview Post Acute please go read those reviews. But please note all 5 star reviews are from managers there. When it was Healthbridge I had a good experience but January 1, 2023 the ownership changed. Immediately things started to change. There was a food shortage because the new people didn’t fill out a credit application or new account with the food supplier. The nursing and certified nursing assistant positions were cut in half. I would like to thank all Nurses..RTs..cans All the therapist cooks And house keeping They're all professional And took very good Care of me. Except for Management I think That is one of best I have been in considering they were very short of help..especially the RT'S. FOR SOME REASON THEY FIRED ALL BUY 1. r

Shortage of staff, they keep missing my mother’s doctor’s appointment. The care is ok. Mediocre.
